Really could use advice

Ok im 17, 150lbs,5'11. I got a natural Ok build being a athlete up till I was 15. Im going to get a membership at this gym comming up in a few days so I want to be prepared not to waste the fee and end up doing stuff wrong. I have quite a few questions to ask.

#1 My goal is mainly 4 things, I want bigger pec's,Leaner Legs, Ab's, and some what built arms. So With the information I put up there, which exercises Should I be doing, How many reps/sets should I do of the exercise should I be doing. I also want to get rid of the lil love handles I got.

#2 My diet is weird. I can eat lunch and be settled for the next lunch the next day. But mostly, I skip breakfast ( I know most important meal of the day). Lunch Either a pizza sub at Subway,Pizza/bread sticks, or a orange and apple. And dinner, Depends can range from Steak/pasta/bagel bites etc.

#3 Since im starting should I even use supplments and if so Which kind, I wish to see results some what fast, I know im begging and this will take time so I might now but if there is anything I can take like supplements I would appreciate it.

#4 My main goal is Less fat on the thighs, and bigger pecs/abs so what should I do?

#5 with the area's Im looking to make better should I bother with cardio or skip it?

Welcome.
Yes your diet is lacking. You need to eat 5-6 times per day. No skipping meals

Welcome

...and like Leslie said, NO SKIPPING MEALS!!!

As far as sups... you could start with a fat burner, protein shakes, and fish oil.

Also, you should really log what you eat. Try www.fitday.com it's free! and then you'll be able to see just how bad all that pizza and bread is for you!
