well hi everyone just like to say hello, and give some info on me.
I just got back into working out this past week, I havn't worked out since highschool (4 years ago). so im here for info , which i must say there is a hell of alot here. here is my stats; 23 yrs old 148 lbs <-- i have been 136 for years, past year just gain weight from doing nothing, and drinking beer I would say i have a medium build, not to skinny except for my legs. Before i started working out i use to body board or boogie board, probably in the best shape doing that with all that pattling. Well thats aboout it. -larva |
