introducing myself
What up. I live in Utah and don't know anyone who is into pro-hormones and such. I joined this site hoping to glean what you people will give.
I'm twenty three and have been lifting on and off since I was fourteen. My genetics have given me skinny legs. I have worked on them for a fair amount of time and seen strength increases but not much size. I want to be a shit brick house!!! Right now I'm 5'10" 150 lbs. I also have a friend who wants to start getting ripped the fast way. I have a Gold's Gym membership that I have been neglecting sorely. (frustration) I realize I don't know much and will look to you for guidance. rookieisme |

yea, I know I need to get a better diet. It's expensive to eat well. I'm thinking maybe I can get a good pro-hormone to help me on my way. If I could gain ten-fifteen pounds of muscle I will be happy.

Eat -- don't waste the money on a pro-hormone. I would close this post and go into the board and research.

So you don't think that a pro-hormone will help me to build muscle faster?

a prohormone is totally temporary and you are looking for solid gains, which comes from diet and training so good luck rook

hell ya, I can go climbing about a half mile from my house.
How temporary are you talking? When I quit taking the prohormone will the gains just drop off, even if I keep lifting and eating well? (nice abs by the way) |

LOL Thanks, a alittle bit of the gains will stay but a lot of the prohormone gives a pump all the time, thinking you are gaining more, mostly what a prohormone does is increase your strength temporarily so you can lift heavier. Seriously better gains come from good eating and get a partner to help you lift heavier. Becaue once you stop the prohormone the pump is gone and the size you though you have, goes back to normal.

right on shorty
So I'm sold on the nutrition thing. I went down to the bookstore but I couldn't find exactly what I want. I looked at Prince's thing but that is kind of expensive and I'm not sure exactly what it will have in it. I need a guide that will give me a bunch of possibilties of things to eat. Specifics. That way I don't have to do so much research. I can just jump into an eating program and form some habits. Example: breakfast pre-lift after-lift snack dinner Something that will tell me exactly what to eat rather than giving me the strictly scientific info. Any ideas?
