Whazzzup!

Hey just giving my noobie shout out before I start posting up in other forums.

Im from Orange County, NY.
im 20 yrs old 5'6 145lbs

I just started working out and eating right again after a couple years of just basic excercising. I lost a lot more weight then I really had wanted to. But I guess most of it was basically fat. I was 165 the 19th and starting to get pudgy. If anyone knows any good weight gainer to take lemme know. Right now I just take creatine when I do my thing.

If you have problems with bodyfat I'd avoid weight gainer and stick to regular protein powders and a clean diet.

Nah i wouldnt say i have a problem with body fat its more like for the past 3 years i kinda just let it all go. once i started working out again though like i said above 20 pounds were gone in 2½ weeks of working out just about every day and running every day. got rid of all the junk food out of my life too except for the occasional cheater slim jim w/ cheese.
