greetings

hello people... lifting enthusiast here- new to this site. i won't likely be a very prolific poster- at least for a while but need to see what alternatives there are beyond another site i've been registered at. things there are getting out of hand and i don't see myself there for much longer.

i'm 40, 5'10", 170# looking to become more educated with my exercise program.

Not far off at all! I frequent the greater Buckland Hills area quite often. There is a pretty good Vitamin Shoppe over there.

yeah- i avoid buckland hills as much as possible. i order my whey online & get vitamins at a local health food store... kinda pricey though. where in buckland hills do you get your vitamins? i may check it out for $ comparison purposes.

In my experience, retail shops have always been much more expensive than buying online. However, that Vitamin Shoppe actually has really good prices. It's not really all that much more than online shops, but when you factor in the shipping, it almost evens out.

The Vitamin Shoppe I go to is over in the Target/Men's Warehouse plaza. Keep in mind of course, I still buy 90% of my stuff online, but that store is great when I need something quick.
