Hey, just another newbie

i just wanted to let everone know a little about myself. im 17 from cypress, texas. i play soccer and thats it. i play both club and school soccer. i joined to learn better eating habits and excersises for speed training. i currently run a 4.57 40, but last year i ran 4.39 40. i am trying to be back at the 4.39. if ne one knows ne work-outs i can do without buying a whole bunch of equipment please let me know.
