NewB from chicago
Hey whats up everyone a little about me im 21 yrs old, 5'11 212lbs. Started working out about 7 months ago. At that time I was 245lbs and about 28% BF. So im relativly new to the "working out". I have to admit my workout routine has been on and off the past month or two, i just moved out into an apartment so the move and other things have been hectic and time consuming.
My short term goals include me balancing my diet and getting back on a steady workout routine. I still have more weight to loose and more muscle to gain. I joined up here in order to gain from the experiences of others to help me reach my goals. I was looking into thermogenics to help me get through the weight loss but im not sure yet, still got to do some more research. -erik- |
