I just want to say hello and that I'm glad I found this board...it's very informative. I am trying to lose weight and re-shape my body using a low-fat/high protein diet. I've been a yo-yo dieter for so many years and have read and heard so many things regarding weight loss, so when I decided to try to get in shape again, I wanted to hear what bodybuilders had to say about what actually works because I knew you all would know!
A little about me: I'm 5'4, 200+ (sorry that's as honest as I'll get right now ) and my goal is to get to 150 lbs for now. I haven't dieted in about two years so I'm still weaning myself off of sugar (or I should say I'm in recovery as a sugar addict.) I'm very interested in what I've heard about estrogen dominance, and overall hormonal balance and how I can find a balance through nutrition and exercise.
