Hi everyone. First of all, this is a really nice site.
Anyways, I am an 18 yr old, 6'0 and i weigh 160. I have always had very defined abs naturally, and legs (cuz i was a track guy). But i want an upperbody to complement the other parts. I am familiar with lifting, but I dont know the exact names of the exercises. I usually just do bicep curls, standing dumbell shoulder press-thing lol, ummm..., and I bench 175. I just wanted to know if you guys could giv me some advice on what exercises I should do to get the "V" shape. I am trying to get bigger shoulders and arms. I would appreciate this very much, and could you describe the exercise itself, I am not really knowledgable of the names. THX! |
