What's up y'all? I'm a 22 year old who goes to Texas A&M (WHOOP). I've been lifting on and off since high school and trying to stay with my program seriously this time. I'm tired of being 6'2 180 and lean. I'm trying to watch my diet and everything. So far successful on the workouts but so-so on the dieting aspect. I have numerous questions I'll be posting from time to time so I'm standing by for answers.
