I love this board!

Hello everyone! I've been lurking this board for answers to various questions for almost a year now, and every question i've had is in here somewhere! you guys rock!

Anyway, last year I hit the gym pretty hard and turned my body into what one girl described as a "perfect sculpture".

While I should be happy with what I've gained, I'm still only 150lbs at 5'7".

My goal this season (fall/winter) is to gain 20 lbs, with enough time to cut if i need to by mid-spring.

For motivation I'm going to start posting my log on this board, and hopefully I'll be able to contribute some knowledge as well!

PS... if you think any users here might be offended by the name "satan", i'll be happy to change it. let me know.

so... i just noticed there's another "satan" name on the board.... i'd hate to be unoriginal (even though it is my nickname). anyone know how i can change it? i tried signing up for another account, but it won't let me use the same e-mail address.

Yea I agree with Maniclion. Keep the name get rid of the baywatching nighrider car driving, japanese singing sensation, Karate star wanna be Avitar pic! hahahaha just funnen ya. Welcome aboard and look forward to your contributions. Hopefully they are better then the "other" Satan we have here. hahahaha
