Talking new

Hello!
I am new to all this. I am just starting out on weight lifting.
I am 31/f going to college. I am currently taking hydroxycut and am on week 3cap.3x daily. Is it okay for me to take a multivitamin while I am taking this? And if so, any suggestions.
I am trying to focus on toning and firming in the gym..any suggestions for that. Thanks, I am looking forward to learning all I can from here, my goal is to have more muscle than I hve right now and look more toned and healthy. If that makes any sense..hee-hee.
thanks,espi

Absolutely take a multi-vitamin maybe add calcium too! Most vitamins are all the same so no need to spend alot of $$ on them, generic works!

If you have questions on training and nutrition, try doing a search first, odds are your answer is already posted somewhere. But if you can't find what you need feel free to post your questions in the appropriate thread!
