Hello! I am new to all this. I am just starting out on weight lifting. I am 31/f going to college. I am currently taking hydroxycut and am on week 3cap.3x daily. Is it okay for me to take a multivitamin while I am taking this? And if so, any suggestions. I am trying to focus on toning and firming in the gym..any suggestions for that. Thanks, I am looking forward to learning all I can from here, my goal is to have more muscle than I hve right now and look more toned and healthy. If that makes any sense..hee-hee. thanks,espi |
