o and fyi i lost 10lbs just working out junior year and have gained around 6lbs from the whey so i'm about 180 right now
Hey, I'm 17, i started working out last year since i had weights for calss. I started out being the old no-nothing about lifting, i spent time on all the machines, i was afraid of the bench! But then second semester my friend got me going on the bench and i really liked it. I went from 135-185 for my reps, maxing out at 235. then summer came and i had no membership so basically i became weak. So started this year in late august repping 155 and now i rep 185, i haven't tried maxing out yet. This year i currently started using GNC's Protein whey, and starting this monday i'm going to combine that with cell tehc and when i finish i will do hydroxycut. I am 5 10' and i can grab rim so i have a decent vertical and by gaining as much mass as i can and then losing as much fat as i can i hope to improve or if to at least maintain that vertical. The goal for this year is to rep 200 and max out at 275? Does that sound reasonable? Thanks
Howard
