Can I jump to more exercises for body part??
Hello,
I am a new member...I read JenD thread and tried to look up her pictures but could not. I was interested in seeing the results of her 4 exercise per body part routine. I have read that first one should do 2 months of 1 exercise per body part, then 4 months of 2 exercises per body part, and finally after that go to three.....etc... I feel like jumping up to three but have only been lifting 4 months, what do you all suggest and what does JenD suggest? My goal is to lose ab fat by putting on enough muscle to increase my metabolism. (I would like to gain about 8 more pounds of muscle) thanks in advance, diego |

Thanks for the welcome.
I guess Jen D is no longer around, she cant be contacted by email. Anyway, going to try 3-4 exercises per body part and train each body part only once a week. Seems the two times per week (or three for beginners) was something used more in the 70's. Am I right? diego |
