My name is Nick, I followed a link from another board and found my way here. This is just the type of board I have been looking for lately.
I just got back in the gym after a three year lay-off that was plagued my shoulder injuries and what not. I am back ful -time now and ready to do some damage, without hurting myself again of course.
I currently weigh in at 236lbs, 6'1" tall, and have a body fat of roughly 15% (i say roughly because the trainer at the gym used one of those caliper deals to check it). My goal is to get down to a cut 215lbs.
As of now I am still getting my body used to "the life" again, and I am not taking any suplements just yet. Andro was my previous crutch, and some folks have hinted that it may have been responsible for my shoulder injury. Something about Andro making the muscles larger, but not as strong and more likely o tear. I was told something like this, thouh it didn't seem to make a bit of sense.
Well I supose that is it for now. I plan to become a regular around here, so don't be shy with advice I know I won't.
I do my best to focus on the task at hand, and give 100% in what I'm doing at the time. Nothing else matters except the task at hand.
