Basically I am looking for anyone who can help me with tips on fitness competitions. I have never competed before, however REALLY think it would be something that I would enjoy. I am not sure however how to find out when local competitons are or if the competitions are only sponsered by Fitness America and the NPC. If anyone can help me out that would be amazing!

Do you currently have a trainer?
Did you try doing a search? When I get to work tomorrow I'll send you a link. It has EVERY federation you could imagine. The list I will give you is strickly for Natural Competitions. I'll find the thread I started about Figure/Fitness competitions as a start for you this evening. Look for it as I'll bump it for you. |
