Hello to all the Iron Magazine forum folks.
I started back working out at the young age of 56 years. I was a little over weight, running a 34% body fat and decided I needed to lose a little. Did not want to lose muscle or as little as possible, so started lifting along with dieting.
1 year later I am running 15% body fat, 57 years and a whole new set of goals and reasons for working out. Gaining muscle mass and then letting that use up the fat, all this while controling nutrition to meet my goals.
Glad to be here and look forward to getting to know you.
