New guy
hi all,
I found this site looking for idea's and inspiration for improving my shape. My name is mark, i live in the east of England. Im 31, 5'8" and 156 lb's. I'm looking at changing my diet to try to bulk up. I've seen many letters posted and am learning alot. I'm grateful for the help so far.

Hi guys, thanks for the welcome.
Ann – I’ve seen a lot of the castles, old church’s and monasteries around and if you get the chance it’s well worth it, maybe not this time of year though – its too cold and wet.
