Hello everyone
Hi, man I have been all around the web & this is by far my favorite forum. I have been lifting heavy the last 2 years or so. I took some time off after HS. I just started trying PH & am really learning a lot from all of the posts. The members of this forum really know there stuff. Some stats:
6'2 225 play in a rugby league out here in Cleveland. Love to eat , lift & watch the Browns! |

I live about 2 hours from Columbus. I am planning to go to the Arnold Classic. I just bought the 25th anniversary. I am in a Rugby league out hear & we have a banquet around that time so I dunno if I can do both.
