Hello Everyone ! New to forum !
Hey everybody! Just wanted to introduce myself and say that I have visited this website many times and finally decided to join. I have real alot of great advice here and just wanted maybe give some advice myself to anyone who needs it. I have been lifting off and on since high school ( 4 years ) and just recently started to make some really good gains due to an article here on Iron Mag. Anyway, just wanted to say hey and I'll be talking to ya'll ( Texas boy here ) soon. Later
