I just joined the forum and I look forward to taking to everybody.. I might have a lot of questions to ask mainly because the trainers at my gym dont like to answer them because they wanna get paid to help me. Have a nice day everyone.. |

ohh i fully understand that..Im not asking them to make me a schedule or to check my form. I asked him his opinion on a brand of WHEY protein. I guess that was info he diddnt want to just tell me.
