    Absolute newbie questions

Hello everybody, I am from Singapore. Been to the gym for the last few weeks. This is my first post.

1)I am 220lb with 30% body fat. Used all types of supplement without any success. Now going back to gym and considering
    roid.

    2) What is the best stack for reducing weight ? I am thinking of
using Fina with Winstrol . I am thinking of using DMSO with FINA. Cause it is not easy to get needle here. Any comment?

    3) It is quite difficult to get all those roids here in Singapore. Wondering whether all those online suppliers are reliable ?
Any suggestion to a reliable one ?

4)Currently I am taking Andriol .Test Undecanoas. Orally. How effective is this roid ?

    5) Being obese, I am worried that i will develop gyno. What should i take ? Clomid ? End of a cycle or during the cycle ?

6)About supplement. Can i skip regular food and just used those shakes and whey protein? I found it is hard to maintain a healthy
diet coz i am always travelling and it is customary here for the food to be oily.

    Please help a newbie.

I'm new here too -- that said, under no circumstances whatsoever would I take steroids. They can cause cancer and heart disease, have lots of other very negative side effects -- and they don't even work in the long-term.

My suggestion -- stop taking roids. If you're overweight, discipline yourself by eating less and eating better. Don't just drink protein shakes -- eat a balanced diet. Start slowly doing some cardio along with weights. If you're really overweight, just start walking every day.

It won't happen overnight, but you'll lose weight, keep it off -- and you'll be creating a lifestyle for yourself that you can live with forever.

You need to eat healthy by keeping a good diet. If you do not do so supplements are not going to do anything for you then. I would not take steroids if I were you right now with suck a high percentage of body fat, there is a big increase in the chances of getting gyno when you have high body fat from what I hear. After you lower that body fat if you feel you know what you’re doing with them, go with it.

Tell me something, how many things out there have been mentioned on the media that can cause cancer? I better ask how many have not been mentioned, that would make the list a lot shorter probably. I willing to bet MacDonald leads to more heart problems than steroids do.
