Hi Andrea, good luck on losing those extra 15lbs, there is a lot of gr8 info around here to make those pounds burn off.
Hey! I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Andrea, I'm from North Carolina. I am 20 years old. I'm 5'8 and around 140. I'm working on getting down to around 125 and gaining some muscle.

Welcome, what part of NC do you hail from?
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain...

It is about 45 minutes from Charlotte. It's right between Hickory and Gastonia.
Only time will tell if it was time well spent!
