    Exclamation Wrestler, NEEDS ADVICE!!

Sup people, let me start by introducing myself Dustin XXXXXX (not reaviling the my last name paranoid of the NCAA) but anyway, I've read your forums for a while now but so far no one has adressed my issue. I am a wrestler I am 16 and I need help.. As you should know wrestiling is determined by weight classes and such. I have been seoursily concidering taking anabolic steroids because I am more of a runner and as I drop weight I lose muscle mass as well when I gain it doesnt help because I am back to the 160's in which everyone is a foot taller than me and about 2x stronger than I am. I need help what can I do to drop my fat ratio and beef up my muscle ratio, I lift weights already and I am a very avid runner (2 5k's a day for the last 2 years) and runners world has alerted me of something that i dont really understand BMI is about 18 and 19 is considered unhealth (http://www.runnersworld.com/home/0,1...e=RunnersWorld link to BMI calc) so could you guys/girls/undisclosed help me out

    25 Thanx in advance

How tall are you? If you are in the 160s and people are a foot taller than you I would figure you to be like 5'1" or shorter. Your numbers do not add up, if you are that short, your BMI would be much higher at 160 lbs. Put your stats (height, weight, bodyfat, etc) here. I would imagine that you do not plan on dropping running from your program, so I would have to say that you would have to get into the right weight class and wrestle for your body type.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.
