Hello all I am a new guy here from the good ole midwest. I already have the mass and want to know peoples opinions on getting that big and almost huge look. I have access to a lot of stuff, but not a lot of time. Anyone with information would be greatly appreciated. Currently lifting 3-4 days a week and sports on the other days. Unless I am with my daughter. Well thanks in advance and let me know if there is anything interesting that might help. I am willing to do the work, but I need to find that extra little edge.
