Well, I let the beer get to me. Now, I have to start all over. Man, back in highschool nothing got to me. Now, it doesn't matter what it is. It goes to the belly.

So, 1/14/03 6ft. 240. Lets see what happens over time.

Welcome, I've been here a while, but not a poster, but great GREAT advice here, I used to be big into the sport, but stopped, but still come here, slowly putting together a routine and a program to follow, and HOPEFULLY (key word here) will be able to start over again. Best of luck, great inspiration here, (especially all of the EXTREMELY beautiful women here) just time is the key, good luck, and keep at it see your results man!!!
