New gal from Lousiana

Hi all!!! I am a 29 yr old mother of 4. I have always had a passion for bodybuilding and would love to compete one day.....Hoping for this July

Maybe figure first then work up to bodybuilding competition.

I just got back in the gym about 4 months ago and its amazing the muscle memory our bodies have! In high school I use to power lift.....but thats been quite sometime....LOL

There's just so much to learn.....so I'm hoping this forum will be helpful.
