Hey gang,
I came across this board and found it to be very informative. I'm from Toronto Canada. Been hitting the weights for about 6yrs now and I'm just looking for new ideas and ways to shock the system. I'm 6ft2, 220lbs and work out regularly 3-4 times a week. I used to have a regular work out partner but our schedules are too different nowadays. As a result my gains haven't been as solid the past 2 yrs or so. I've recently gotten over some nagging tendonitis in the knee and as a result wanted to start doing squats. Is it true that squatting will help with gains in all other exercises?? Anyways, hope to be contributing or asking questions shortly. Later |

Hi Everyone i can`t rember if i intruduced myself or not ..i just came upon this site cause i typed in posing suits and i was directed here as one of the sites.I`m glad i stayed and look forward to knowing all of you.I`m planning on competiting in my first figure competition on March 13 feel free to look at my gallery and comment on how i can improve.
