hey, got motivation need tips
hey guys, i'm finally very motivated to lose weight and gain muscle. i've basicly never been exposed to a "healthy" lifestyle so for the most part i've always been over weight.
i'm 17, about 5'11 250 and out of school. i have a curlbar, a bench, and freeweights in my basement. for the past 2 weeks or so i've been trying to eat healthier, drink more water, and workout. i need advice on what exercises to do and how much to do, any help would be appreciated, thanks. |

Whenever I need motivation, I always try to remember:
If I make this choice now- It's either one step foward, or a step backwards. Every time I'm faced with the decision to workout harder or skip going out to the bars and going to sleep- It works for me. And also, I never weigh myself- I just go by what the mirror shows |
