SMALL with the right shape :D !!!!!!!!

hello everyone!
i am from australia and am 16 years old.
I am a newb at weights
Altho i have been on and off it for quite some time.
I am considered short (i dont know the exact weight since this foot then ' is all gibberish to me), and very skinny
I have got disticnt shaped muscles, but they are very small.
like i have the buldge shape as alot of weightlifters but the size of it is so small!!!
I already eat fish/chicken/beef and eat frequently with smaller meals.
I only weigh like 47kg, think thats around 100lb?
but i can benchpress alot for my weight. (i compete with the larger people at school, and larger people are stronger
somehting about body percentage fat.. i am like 0% !!
anyone have any ideas in sizing up the muscles since i already have the cut
do i do less sets and more reps or
more sets with less reps
please dont say im too young / too skinny because i know its possible since my brother was cut and musclely and he was exactly the same shape as me when he was my age
Any reply is GREATLY appreciated
BTW great forum!!

Yeah man you should go to training section and read around there most of your questions are answered there. about general lifts and excercises you can do with dumbells.
