Greetings all. I'm new to this board and thought I'd add a quick intoduction.
I'm 41. I've been lifting for around 21 years. I got tired of how comercialized the muscle mags had gotten in the mid eighties so I stopped reading and learning about training which of course was a big mistake. I continued to lift and run religiously for a couple decades which kept me in decent shape but not the shape that I wanted. I started reading about training, and reading a couple of msg boards about a year ago and started getting good results. I'm just finishing my first bulk cycle and will start a cut cycle next week. I'm all hooked up with the diet/training program for the cut cycle and can't wait to begin.
This board looks good, looking forward to chatting with everyone.![]()
