glassman welcome to IM!![]()
Sorry guys and gals! I've just started to post on this board and I didnt even introduce myself. I'm Bill and I'm relatively new to lifting. I stay home and watch my young son for now so I quess you could say that I'm a Mr. Mom. I have recently quit smoking back in July and I had that habbit for 21 years (I'm 33). So now that I'm healthier and I dont have those cancer sticks sucking the energy out of me, I wanna get back into shape. I dont really know what I'm doing though. So I'm glad this forum is here so I can comunicate with all of you.

good for you, hope you stick with it and get addicted to this. I suggest you just read through some old threads that look interesting and use the search feature. There is a lot of very useful info on this board as I have found.
You did a really great thing avoiding smoking. Anyway, I think that I didn´t need to say that.
So.. Welcome to I.M, Mr.Mom![]()

Wow! Thank you all for the warm welcome. It took me about three or four years of trying everything to stop smoking. Zyban finally was the key! Now I can walk into a smoke filled bar and drink myself silly (not that I do that too often anymore) and not even feel an itch. It's finally gone!
