Hiya, just joined and I thought I'll just introduce myself. I'm just about to join the gym to get into better health as I feel that it's time for me to do something about it, because I want to feel like I did when I last went to the gym.
I don't have any stats at hand, but off hand, I'm 25, 6'0" and around 17 - 18 ( I tend to go up and down easy) stones in weight. My bodytype is weird in that, while I technically am fat, I don't look it (Well, that's my opinion).
Anyway, I have my induction in a couple of days, so it should be interesting.
One thing though, I suppose I should look at losing the fat. However, the end result is one that I'm unsure of. (I.e Whether to be a hulking man beast, or a go the opposite and get a low bf.
