    My story

Hi, all! I'm a 32yo sahm. Back in high school I was over 250lbs. I lost the weight during/after college. Then I got married and had 3 kids (the last one was born Jan 2003). In Feb 2003 I got very serious about my diet and exercise program and dropped from 188 to 152 by Sept of 2003. Since then I haven't made any additional progress in spite of working harder and harder. In fact I have gained some weight (and not all muscle judging by how my clothes fit). As of this morning the scale said 160. So that's why I'm here. I've been reading here for a few weeks and I'm hopeful that I will get some good advice on what to change so that I start seeing some more results. My primary goal is to lose 10lbs of fat.
