Hello everyone!
Really nice site going on here. Im recently new to lifting..like only two months or so and really need advice. No other way to access this info and I just found this site. Im going to read as much as I can and try not to ask stupid questions. Seems like you all know what your talking about and Im glad to be able to chat with you all
