Hi Betty and hello. Im new as well and impressed with the membership of this site already. I remember reading about bodybuilding and bodybuilders in the 60's, and can even remember when weight training was considered detrimental in sports. Bodybuilders are really the ones who blazed the trail for fitness and dieting. I have always learned much from them even tho Ive never been a competitive body builder............Rich
