Hi well i'm here to lose weight and build some muscle.
but i'd like to know if there's some good books on eating and planning to eat 6 meals a day, or even, maybe there's a place here to find what i'm looking for.
I'm 6 feet tall and 255 would like to go down too 220, that's my first goal and read that by eating 6 meals a day it could be done alot faster and easier. I hope this is the place where i'll find help.
