    Introduction

    Just wanted to introduce myself I seem to do everything backwards in life so forgive for asking about the shoulder injury without letting you who I am. Starting lifting a year ago at 42 and haven`t slowed down have also worked in construction since out school. Have done alot of research and reading since I started working out and have recently gotten to know one of the guys in the Gym who is a powerlifter BP 515 LSQ 700 certified trainer had agreeded to start training me when my injury flared back up.
    Said I would have to be cleared by Ortho now tho before we start.
    I have gone from 155 lbs in body weight to 186 lbs in 1 year w/15% BF working on dropping more body fat. My wife and I used to own a health food store as well and have a pretty good handle on supplements. I am now in my first year of college for BS degree and will be getting my braces off this year. Maybe i could change my username to backward poco.
