Hi
Just wanted to intro myself.
My name is Pete, it's been about 12 years of not lifting and find I really miss being in shape so I am back to training hard. I had the misfortune of training one day without my partner and used the smith, just under 500 for squats and had to see the doc the next day to remove some unwanted guest.
My fear is now gone
Only a couple things bother me now, forearm pain at the start of my workouts and rist pain.
This is a great site, I wish there was something like this when I was 20.
I should be getting my new lat machine this week and moving my workouts to the garauge.
