Hi all :)
Hi i'm james, 27yrs and 263lbs, was 280 about 2 months ago, well i wont go into too much detail but i had a pretty bad accident back in 2001 so my weight had rocketed as i was sitting around being idle. Now though seeing as all is well apart from my left knee which is still a bit weak, i thought its time to lose that extra weight. I thought i'd give weight training a go to burn that fat seeing as i cant really do any running or play football like i used to(well i can but i have to limit it). So i would just like to say hi and if from time to time i ask a really noobish question dont be too harsh.

Cheers guys thanks for the welcome, GSXR i love that sig, how true, thats exactly how i felt until a week or 2 ago when i noticed that i was actually losing some weight. Now set myself a personal goal to reach by Xmas, would love to have a body like yours Robert but i guess thats a long way off. Yeah an elite member already and now going for an elite body. Updates soon.
