    Hello

    My name is Asad, and I've been working out since winter. For the first two weeks, I trained with my cousin, and learned all the proper techniques etc. But then he got married. So, no more lifiting buddy. In feb, my body began to cheat badly in lifting, by attempting to use other muscles to ease the tension. So I hit the machines to re-train? my body. I'm on whey right now, and considering creatine.

    Asad, welcome to IM. If you feel like your cheating on some lifts, I suggest lowering the weight, so you feel comfortable and can get the motion down correctly. Otherwise you risk injuring yourself.

    Yeah, that actually almost happend on inclined pec deck, thats why I said, err, I need to ease it up a bit.

    Welcome to IM!

    Lower your weights so you can concentrate on your form. Without proper form you'll risk injuries, etc. Trust us..injuries suck!
