welcome
A little about myself. In 1994, I squatted my first 300 lbs. I then kept pushing way too hard, overtrained, and nearly injured myself, and chased 300 again for years. In December 2003, I read an article by Louis Simmons of Westside Barbell about the conjugate method and the box squat. I gave that a try and took time to learn not only the lifts but about lifting with speed and cycling related movements. I was at a 225 lbs deadlift and squat on December 29 and in the second week of April, I performed a 320 lbs squat below parallel and nearly pulled 355 lbs in the deadlift (settled for 325). My T-Bar Row almost doubled in the same timeframe, to 160 lbs. I'm now ready to apply the same work to my bench press, which is a lousy 200 lbs (I put all my experimenting time into DL and squats.). I feel I have a lot to offer, as I'm still experimenting.

Welcome Alberto!
But when you disarm them, you at once offend them by showing that you distrust them, either for cowardice or for want of loyalty, and either of these opinions breeds hatred against you.
