here's my intro - I've been a lurker for a while perusing the forums; all of the comprehensive journals, routines, and the supplement knowledge base that's been built up here. There is a lot of information but my questions still manifest so I've decided it’s time to sign on.
A quick intro to myself - I've been working out for about 3 years... off and on.. I'm 6'2". I started at 160 lbs. and am now almost 200 but still just as thin as ever. I’m looking for a semi-demanding routine to make 220 lb. and a semi-muscular physique.
