All right I am new here and I got some questions. All right to start it off I am 18 years old and 166lbs. and have been working out for 7 months now 3 times a week. I workout at home and have a pretty good set of weights and equipment. I know you guys would say a gym would be better but I don't feel like going to a gym yet. So my questions are I heard that working out and then allowing your muscle to rest one day is the best way to build musical is that true? And after 7 months I am really happy with the results but its become an addiction and I want more. So I was thinking about taking some kind of supplement but have no idea where to begin there is so much stuff at the store I had no idea what to get. So could you guys explain them to me and what they do and what would be best for building muscle. I read the sticky and it is summer and a hard diet won't be possible for me.
Thanks
