    six pack

right now i am looking to shed a few extra pounds in my waistline for the summer. I know that most of the fat burning supplements are crap, however, i have stubborn areas in my midsection where the fat just wont go away, and im getting really upset about it, so first of all does anyone know of any supplements, workout plans, or anything that would be successful? If so please help me out, ive been trying to get a six pack for a long time, and im fedup with not getting results.

    thanks for you input
