Hello all, I have just recently started going back to the gym (go everyday) since school has ended. I have always been very active in sports, but I want to take my body to a higher level and gain more muscle mass. Im a 19 yr old female and weigh 100 lbs. Currently when I go to the gym I do a full body workout which includes: butt blaster, leg press, calf raises (on leg press and stairs), leg extension, leg curl, hip abductors, pectoral fly, lat pulldown (for back and biceps), and the seated tricep. I am looking for some other techniques to gain muscle mass and feel better about myself. If anyone has ANY comments to give me that would be great. Have a great day all!!
