New Member...
My name is Steve. I discovered this site while doing a search on some diet and training tips. I hope to find some answers here and get as much help as I can to reach my goals. I'm 24 years old, 6'5", and I weigh 301 lbs. My goals are to lose weight and just get in better shape. Reason is to just look better but mainly for better health. I can't wait to get started.....
