G'day from Australia ,
I am new to this family and very pleased that I am ...excellent group of people willing to help .
I am an older athlete and very pleased to be able to stay in the shape that I am , and people like the ones here help keep my inspiration to keep pumping and learning .
I am here to learn , and hopefully add some of my own input to help out if I can .
