    Wink Out For A Buck...

You ever notice that most questions about diet and exercise are answered so vague that you are more confused after you get a response then before. The reason for this is that everyone is out to make a buck. When the fact of the matter is that no one cares if you ever get rock hard abs, or 20 inch biceps. They just want your money. You are fed just enough information so that you think the one answering your question knows his s--t, and you dig into your pocket and shell out 29.99 for their book. The point is that most people are not willing to do what it takes to get cut or those huge biceps. It's hard. If it weren't everyone would look like a greek god. I go to the gym and see the same people doing the same exercises the same way day in and day out. Do they think that one day what they have been doing the same way for 10 years is suddenly going to kick in and they are going to have the body they always wanted ? Most people are not going to change the way they eat or exercise enough to get the results they want.

    Welcome!
But when you disarm them, you at once offend them by showing that you distrust them, either for cowardice or for want of loyalty, and either of these opinions breeds hatred against you.
